Question 1:  Esther 4:9--17

How did Mordecai encourage Esther to overcome her fear and legitimate concerns for her safety, to take risk and save herself as well as all the exile Jewish people? What can we learn from her and apply to our daily life?

當以斯帖不敢冒生命危險 去晉見亞哈隨魯王,為她本族人說情而在躊躇時, 末底改的一番勸解大大鼓勵了她. 我們可以由他的話以及以斯帖的勇敢作為學到什麼? 

Question 2: Esther 4: 16      & 6:1

Throughout the book of Esther, YHWH’s name was never mentioned and God’s was totally silent without any vision or prophetic instruction. Yet, God’s miraculous plan of salvation for His people was accomplished. How did it happen?

以斯帖記中並沒有提到上帝的名字, 也沒有先知異象等等描述; 但是上帝拯救祂子民的計畫還是美滿完成了. 上帝的奇蹟如何行成 ? 

Question 3:  以斯帖記  6,7章

在笫六章笫七章裡，故事的轉折似乎時間都算得很恰當（The right timing）。亞哈隨魯王夜裡睡不著，起來聽史錄，想要報償末底改，哈曼適時出現，哈曼的建言原為自己著想，卻給了末底改榮耀的機會。在我們的生活中，也時常碰到巧合，是天意嗎？應該如何解釋？如何看待？

Question 4:  約伯記  Job 2:9

In Hebrew, Job's wife said: "Bless God and die.", instead of "Curse" as the NRSV and NIV English translation indicated. By saying "Bless God", she was not rebellious against God but simply saying: "Choose death instead of living with great suffering", similar to the present day "Euthanasia" concept. Do you agree with Euthanasia for yourself, for those who can not make decision for themselves? Why or Why not?

約伯的妻子說的這句話 :”詛咒上帝”在希伯來原文 是 “祝福” 所以有可能她的原義並不一定是藐視上帝 而是勸約伯 不要再忍耐痛苦 乾脆一死了之.  這種看法與我們今天正在熱烈討論中的 “安樂死之權力” 相類似 .您對安樂死之權力的看法如何? 請分享.

Question 5: 約伯記  Job 9:11-24

在這段經文裡，約伯對上帝提出沈痛的控訴。他強調神有絕對的權柄，而人因渺小而受苦，看不出神的公正和憐憫。人.似乎在神的掌控下，遭到苦難的無奈。也許我們也會碰到相同的情況，我們可以對上帝提出控訴嗎？或者你有不同的想法來回應上帝？
