Question 1:  Hebrews 10:1-25

    Martin Luther's First Principles of the Reformation stated that: "We are all priests alike". So if Christ's sacrifice cleansed all His believers' sin, What are the other functions we as priests shall achieve in order to be worthy of "being Holy"?  What can signify a person's transformation from sinfulness to Holiness? How to do it?

    馬丁路德的宗教改革第一條宣言是萬民皆祭司. 希伯來書在此強調耶穌的獻祭已經洗清所有信祂的人的罪. 那麼我們這些自稱為祭司的信徒還需要達成哪些職務以盡到聖潔的責任 。 一個人從罪轉變成聖需要做到哪些轉變? 如何做得到這些改變?

Question 2:  Hebrews 11: 1 - 40

     The letter of Hebrews was sent to a group of people who had come to faith in Christ but suffered persecution and were becoming listless. As you can see, the writer seeks to motivate and inspire them to run with perseverance the race that is set before them. The writer gave many encouraging examples from Old Testament who persevered in spite of great difficulties and adverse circumstances and provided overwhelming evidences of God's faithfulness.

     He commended people in those examples for their faith even though none of them received what had been promised (11:39) and stated that faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see (11:1).

     Is faith a hope based on the evidence of the circumstances today, or tomorrow or the next day being somehow better or different?

     Is faith equivalent to optimism? Or rather, it's based on a belief that despite the conditions today, tomorrow or the next day, God's purpose will triumph and will prevail in the end. Then how can you reach to this belief?

     Does objective evidence play any role for a person to strengthen his/her faith? If yes, why yes? If no, why no? Please share your thoughts.

     希伯來書是寫給一群剛歸信基督不久但受到逼迫而有能信仰危機的人 作者試圖激發以及鼓勵他們信守主道 作者從舊約給了很多令人鼓舞的例子說明誰不顧重大的困難和在不利的情況下堅定不移而且有充分的證據證明了上帝的信守。

11:39-這些人都是因信得了美好的證據、卻仍未得著所應許的

11:1-信就是所望之事的實底、是未見之事的確據

      信心是不是以情況為依據的一個希望 因為時間的不同而會有所不同?

     信心等於樂觀嗎？ 或說得更確切些，信心是不是以信念為基礎而能不顧今天，明天或以後的情況，上帝將得勝並將最終獲將得勝利。然而你如何可以達到到這個信念？是否客觀的證據有用於加強他的/她的信心？如果是的，為什麼是的？如果不是，為什麼不是？ 請分享!
