Unlike now how we usually identify him, John said he was not even a prophet. He identified himself simply "a voice in the wildness (v.22)." Doesn’t this identity sound too empty? What can we as believers learn from John’s attitude? 施洗約翰説他不是基督，也不是先知(不是以利亞)。 他以為他自己只不過是 “曠野中的聲音”，他這種身份不會太過簡單嗎? 我們能從約翰那種對自己的態度學到什麼? Question-2 John 2:13-23 When answering the Jews’ question about cleansing the Temple, Jesus introduced a new concept by equating his own body to the Temple. Please share your understanding of such a statement.在回答猶太人質問 “清掃聖殿”時，耶穌說他的身體就是聖殿，請大家分享耶穌這種新概念。 Question-3 John 3:22-30 In the Gospel of John, John the Baptist spent much explanation clarifying that he was not the principal one in the whole event related to Jesus. Even today Christians still have the same problem: we tend to adore the religious charismatic figures rather than value personal experiences from one’s own Bible study and praying to God.
