• TAFPC duties and responsibilities schedules for November & December, 2008.

  • Next Saturday, Oct 11, 2008 7pm-10pm, come as you are and join us for an evening of food, fun and fellowship at the Presbyterian Church in New Brunswick (100 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901). Individuals within and outside our church community will share their talents in the arts and personal experiences in the journey of faith.  “Come See and Taste”  the good things that God is doing in each of our lives even in the face of hardship and uncertainties in life.

  • The English Ministry, Rutgers University Student Ministry, and TKC will have a BBQ party on Sunday 8/24/2008 (after the Sunday Service) at Victor and Marianne's to commence the new beginning of the 2008/09 school year.

  • TAFPC hosted the Greater NY area Taiwanese Churches Softball Tournament on 7/26/2008 in Edison, NJ. Our Junior Youth team won the Championship in Group B; Seniors won the second place in Group C, and the Youths won the third place in Group A.

  • Weber Liu, left for Taiwan on 6/25/08. He participated in the "2008 I Love Taiwan mission program" hosted by the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan General Assembly from 6/26 to 7/12. Samson led the Mission team to New Orleans, Louisiana on 7/14 for 10 days.  This team of 6 (Jessica, Josephine, Mariko, Tom, Jack and Samson) participated in the on-going rebuilding work as organized by the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance program.

  • This year's summer joint retreat was held from July 10 to 13 at DeSales University (Allentown, PA). The guest speakers this year are Rev 許隼夫 & Prof. 廖學銘. Please click here to view the retreat pictures.  

  • This year, our church will publish 3 issues of  "Communication" newsletters. The subjects will be "Parents" (May), "Spiritual Education" (September), and "Thanksgiving & Christmas" (December). If you would like to contribute your articles, please send them to Ben Liu (email: liup@wpunj.edu ).

  • TAFPC celebrated Pentecost and Mother's Day on Sunday, May 11. During the Sunday Service, Cathy was baptized and Melody received her confirmation. After the Sunday Service, all the mothers received a special banquets with the delicious dish prepared by TAFPC fathers, and the tables organized by TAFPC Youth.
