Handbell Choir

Below are reminders for the upcoming activities:

1. We will be ringing two pieces of music with bells and strings on Youth Sunday/Father’s Day, June 19^th, during the service.  I believe everyone is involved in either one or both of those pieces.  Please arrive at church on time at 11:30 AM.  Please meet in the Handbell Choir room and then follow Mr. Liang’s direction to quickly set up the equipment.   Remember also to wear the standard performance attire (white top/black bottom/tie).  If you plan to go to the ball game in the afternoon, remember to bring clothes to change after the service.
2. On the following Sunday (June 26^th), we will get together to polish the bells to get them ready for the next school year beginning in September.  This will be followed by an end-of-year party for all handbell choir members.  Please plan to attend and have some fun.
3. There has been an update to the plan of participating in a music performance during TAC-EC at Cornell.  Since there will not be enough handbell choir members who can make it to TAC-EC, the handbell performance at TAC-EC has been canceled.  Thank you all for your effort trying to make the event happen.  In the future, we will continue to look for opportunities to perform outside of our church as well as in our own church.
